Logging in to the Profile

For logging into the Profile, please, open the page with the Sign in form and enter the following information:


  • Email - email address you used when registering
  • Password - password you created when registering

Click "Log in" to log in to the Profile.

Profile registration

To register a Profile click on the "Open Account" button on top of the page or click on "Profile" button on the right top of the screen (and on the opened "Log in to IFC Markets" page click on "Registration"). The "Registration" page with the registration form will open right there. Please, fill out and submit the registration form:

  • First name - write your name as it is in the official ID document, i.e. passport, driver's license, national ID card, etc.;
  • Last name - write your last name as it is in the official ID document, i.e. passport, driver's license, national ID card, etc.;
  • Email - this email address will be used for receiving messages from IFC Markets and will be used as a login to your Profile;
  • Password - the password is for logging in to your Profile;
  • Re-enter password - to avoid any mistake while typing the password because of hiding letters;
  • Country - the country of your actual residence;
  • Phone number - Please, indicate your country code and area code, if applicable (+XX (XXX) XX-XX-XX).

After submitting the form (Submit button) you will be asked to confirm the email address you have mentioned in the form.

SMS/Email confirmation

After registering a Profile in our company you are required to confirm your email by the verification email sent to you. If you have not received the email, you can receive the confirmation code via SMS. You just need to write your phone number and press “Send SMS.”

Write the confirmation code, received through the SMS and press “Confirm.”

Right after the confirmation you can open an account. If you want to use Card payment for funding, email verification is required.

You can do it in the “Profile” – “Authorize your Profile” section. Click on the “Send Verification Email” and check your mailbox to complete your verification.

As soon as you verify your email you can write your personal details, authorize your Profile and fund your account.

Opening a trading account

To open your first Real account in the "Accounts" tab, please, choose Open a new account, fill out and submit the Form of opening a new account:

  • Account type - Indicate that you are opening a Real account
  • Platform - you can open an account in NetTradeX and MetaTrader 4 trading platforms;
  • Choose account type - each account type differs in terms of the allowed trading volumes, leverage sizes and initial deposit amounts. For more information, please, see the Account Types page;
  • Choose leverage - leverage size may range from 1:1 to 1:400. Please, note that for Standard accounts the maximum is 1:200;
  • Account currency - the account balance can be in US dollars, Euros and Japanese Yens.
  • Date of birth (only when opening the first account) - day, month, year of your birth.
  • Secret word (not less than 5 Latin letters, symbols or numbers. This is required only when opening the first Real account) - word necessary for changing the passwords of your Profile and Real accounts.
  • Referral partner # - only for those clients who are referred by our partners - IBs.
  • Read and accept documents - you need to read Customer Agreement, Terms and Conditions and Risk Disclosure and tick "I acknowledge that I understand and accept the above documents" box.

Once completed the form, click on "Open a new account" button to proceed.

Your new account will be opened right away and the account credentials will be displayed in the same page within several seconds. In addition, the credentials will be sent to your e-mail. Make sure to save them in a secure place.

To open your first Demo account in the "Accounts" tab, please, choose Open a new account, fill out and submit the Form of opening a new account:

  • Account type - Indicate that you are opening a Demo account
  • Platform - you can open an account in NetTradeX and MetaTrader 4 trading platforms;
  • Choose leverage - leverage size may range from 1:1 to 1:400.
  • Initial balance - write the amount you want to use for trading in your Demo account.
  • Account currency - the account balance can be in US dollars, Euros and Japanese Yens.
  • Once completed the form, click on "Open a new account" button to proceed.

    Your new account will be opened right away and the account credentials will be displayed in the same page within several seconds. In addition, the credentials will be sent to your e-mail. Make sure to save them in a secure place.

    Adding the existing account to the trading platform

    To add an existing account (login) to NetTradeX platform you need to:

    • Download the terminal installation file on your PC or mobile device (if earlier the terminal was not installed) and complete the installation;
    • Complete the procedure of adding the existing account (login).

    NetTradeX PC

    1. Download and install the platform

      Save NetTradeX PC installation file onto your PC and install:

      • Click "Yes" to allow the program to make changes on your PC and click "Next"
      • Click "Next" to start the installation
      • Select the terminal interface language from the list and click "Next"
      • Select the folder on your PC for installation by browsing it and Click "Next"
      • Select the program group and click "Next"
      • Select the shortcuts to be made by ticking the appropriate boxes and click "Next"
      • Click "Next" as you are ready to install the program
      • Check "Run trade terminal" box and click "Finish"
    2. Add your existing login
      • Choose "File" - "Add existing login" from the menu bar of NetTradeX terminal
      • Enter your login and click "Next." Please, note that if it is a Real account the number should start with "r" letter.
      • Select the account type (Real/Demo) from the drop-down list and click "Next"
      • Tick "Save password" box, write your password and click "Next"
      • Enter the new work space name (if you want), choose the sample of your preference and click "Finish"
    3. MetaTrader 4 for PC

      1. Download and install the platform

        Save MetaTrader 4 PC installation file onto your PC and install:

        • Click "Yes" to allow the program to make changes on your PC
        • Click "Next" to start the installation
        • Accept Customer Agreement by ticking "I agree..." box and click "Next"
        • Select folder on your PC for installation, tick "Create a desktop shortcut" and "Run the program once installed" boxes and click "Next"
        • Click "Finish" to exit the installation wizard
      2. Add your existing login
        • Choose "File" – "Login to Trade account" from the menu bar of MetaTrader 4
        • Enter your MetaTrader account login and password. Please, make sure to write the appropriate server name for your account - "IFCMarkets-Real" for real accounts and "IFCMarkets-Demo" for demo accounts. Tick "Save account information" box (if you wish) and click "Login".

    Authorizing the Profile

    Profile authorization is required only for those clients who want to make deposit through Credit/Debit Card and withdraw to a Bank account.


    To authorize your Profile, please, go to "Profile" - "Authorize your profile". To send a request for authorization, fill in the form:

    • Scanned copy of any Identity Document - upload a legible scan of any of your valid ID Document, i.e. passport, national ID card, driver's license, etc;
    • Address - write your current residence address, including street, house/block and the apartment number;
    • City - write the city of your current residence;
    • Postal code - write the postal code of your current residence.

    The form can be saved partially to complete later on, in case you do not have all the information at hand.


    Once completed the form, please, click on "Save current" button. Our Back office will review and process your request in a timely manner within its working hours.

    Depositing into а trading account

    General Depositing Procedure

    To make a deposit, please, go to Accounts tab and select My accounts option. In the opened table of your real accounts, click on "Deposit" button, after which you can choose the preferable option from the available deposit methods and follow the procedure. If your payment has been successful, you will receive a confirming e-mail from our company. If your payment has been declined, please, contact our Customer support.

    Bank Transfer Depositing Procedure

    Once chosen Bank Transfer method and the account you want to fund the page with bank requisites will be opened, which you pay print by the Print button. Then you will need to make a bank transfer, indicating your real account number and your name in the Purpose of the payment field and wait for the funds delivery (usually it takes up to 3 working days). Funds will be credited to the chosen account, and in the table Deposits under the tab Accounts – History a new line with the status Credited will appear. In the field Details you may view the details of the performed payment.

    If you have a real account with JPY balance, you can choose “Local bank transfer in Japan” method and fund the account through JPY transfer from your bank account.

    Bank Card Depositing Procedure

    Step 1: Once chosen Bank Card method, choose the account you want to fund, fill out "Credit amount" field and click "Next." In the Deposits table under the tab Accounts – History a new line with Pending status will appear, and in the Details column you may view the details of the payment.

    Please, pay attention that your Profile should already be authorized and the issuer country of your card should correspond to the country, indicated during the registration.

    Step 2: The page with your payment details will be opened. After reading and accepting the payment conditions click “Continue.”

    Step 3: The page of the payment system will be opened for filling out your personal details, payment requisites and completing the payment. If your account has a balance in JPY, the payment system for transfers in Yen will be chosen.

    On the opened window of the payment system, fill out the fields:

    • Card type - check the box of your card type
    • Card number - enter your card number
    • Expiration date - enter the expiration date indicated on your card
    • CVV2/CVC2 code - enter the security code of your card
    • Name of issuing bank - enter the name of the issuing bank
    • Secure purchase - click on the button to certify that you have read the documents

    Wait until your card payment will be processed and you will be redirected to the page of payment results. This may take up to 30 seconds. In case of unsuccessful payment its status will be changed to Failed and in case of successful payment – to Paid.


    Step 4: If your payment has been completed successfully, you will once again see the details of the payment together with a request to upload the scan of your card (on the front side you can cover the first 12 numbers of the card, and on the back side you can cover CVC/CVV code and the first 12 numbers of the card), which is required for each card, used for the first time. This will allow the Back office to authorize the given card and allow future payments from it without the scan request.

    Step 5: After successfully completing all the actions on this transaction the funds are credited to the real account and the status is changed to Credited. In the opened list by the Status button you may filter the list of your requests.

    Withdrawal of funds

    To withdraw funds from your trading account, please, go to "Accounts" tab and select "My accounts" option. Click on "Withdraw" button in the line of the account, from where you want to make a withdrawal and from the list of withdrawal methods choose the preferable option. After choosing the withdrawal method, “Withdrawal from the account” page will be opened with a form for filling out the withdrawal sum and payment requisites of your bank account or the chosen payment system. After filling out all the required fields in the form, please, click “Next” button.

    Back office of the company will review and process your request in a timely manner within its working hours. If your withdrawal/internal transfer has been declined, please contact our Customer support.

    After sending the withdrawal request you may monitor its processing status in the "History" tab, table "Withdrawals":

    • Active - the request is accepted, but not yet processed
    • Processing - the request is being considered
    • Cancelled - the request has been canceled by the account holder
    • Rejected - the request has been rejected
    • Performed - the request has been performed
    • Pending - the request is awaiting the new payment option verification
    • Error- error in the request

    You may cancel any request as long as its status is"Active". You can go to "Accounts" tab and select "History", where you can see the details of your withdrawals (Bank Transfer reference number, WebMoney protection code, the reason for the request's rejection and other information) under "Comments" column. In the opened list by the Status button you may filter the list of your requests.

    Transfer between own Trading Accounts

    You can transfer funds from one to another real account (regardless the platform).

    For making an internal transfer, please, log in to your Profile, go to the Accounts tab and choose My accounts – Real accounts option. In the opened table click the Withdraw button in the line of the account, from where you are going to transfer funds. The list of withdrawal methods will appear. Choose Transfer between own trading accounts and click the Withdraw button.


    The Withdrawal from the account page with a form to fill out the sum to withdraw and to choose the account to which you want to transfer your funds will be opened.

    • Select the account number
    • Available to withdraw – the maximum amount available for the transfer
    • Amount to withdraw – the sum of the transfer in the account balance currency
    • Leave a comment in English – optional field
    • Account – the account number, to which the funds are being transferred

    After mentioning the sum and choosing the account, please, click “Next”.

    Your withdrawal request will be considered and performed by the Back office usually within one hour (during the working hours). In case of the failure of the withdrawal request, please, contact our Customer Support.

    You can track the status of your request in the History tab – the Withdrawals table. You can cancel the request, until its status is Active.

    Modifying trading account parameters

    Modifications of the trading account parameters (leverage and account type) are made on traders' requests, which are being reviewed and processed by the Back office.


    To create a request, please go to "Accounts" tab, select "My accounts" and click on "Modify" in the table of the trading account, the parameters of which you want to change. In the Account type field choose the new account type or in the Leverage field – a new leverage. Confirm your choice by the Next button and your request will be sent.

    You can fund your Demo account right from your Profile, in case it was opened from there. Go to the "Accounts" tab, select "My accounts" and go to the "Demo accounts" tab. Next, choose the Demo account you want to fund (you can have 3 Demo accounts in your Profile), click on "Deposit" button and write any amount.

    Our Back office will review and process your requests in a timely manner within Back office working hours.

    In the "Accounts" section under the "History" tab a new line with "Active" status will appear. You can cancel the request until it is active.

    Changing trading account password

    Trading account passwords used for accessing NetTradeX or MetaTrader 4 trading accounts, may be changed only by the Back office upon the trader's request.


    For changing the trading account password you can use the password reset form. The new password will be sent at the email address, you have mentioned when registering a Profile.


    Once you have received the new trading password, please, save it in a secure place and remove the message to prevent it from falling in to the wrong hands.


    Changing the Profile password

    A new Profile password may be requested at any time if you dislike the current one or it has been lost.


    If you have forgotten your Profile password, click on "Forgot your password?" when logging in and follow the procedure of recovering it. After completing the procedure an email will be sent containing a link to create a new password.
